What are Road Hazards?

Road hazards are those unusual conditions that may occur on public roads such as pot holes, nails, glass, and other hazardous materials! The period of protection is extended until there is 2/32nds of an inch of tread depth remaining on the tire.

Tire Coverage & Replacement:

You will be reimbursed for the reasonable costs you incur to repair or replace a tire after damage by a road hazard.

Wheel / Rim Protection:

You will be reimbursed for the repair or replacement of wheels rendered unserviceable due to a road hazard covered under this plan. Your covered wheel will be replaced in the event that it cannot be repaired.

Does my Motorcycle Qualify for coverage? 

Most on-road motorcycles will qualify for coverage if they are 11 model years old or newer. Coverage is for the stock (OEM) or similar tires/wheels.   Consider purchasing this coverage today and lock in your Road Hazard Protection.

Is this a stand alone Contract or add-on to the Extended Service Contract?

This Tire & Wheel Protection Plan picks up where the factory warranty and extended service contract leaves off. It is separate and includes no deductible. The Terms are three (3) or five (5) years from your purchase date the contract. This contract can be purchased at any time.

How are claims processed?

You must obtain authorization by calling the administrator (888-628-8473) prior to repair/replacement of any tire/wheel. There is no repair/replacement cost limit. Contract provides reimbursement so there is no waiting after authorization is obtained. Retain the original replacement or repair invoice which includes the tread depth, explanation of damage and ability to repair or replace, and the proof of loss form. These documents are submitted to the administrator for reimbursement. (More Information)

Can I cancel this contract?

Yes! If you cancel this agreement within thirty (30) days you will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price, less the amount of any claims paid or payable, and applicable cancellation fee. If you cancel after the first thirty (30) days, you will be refunded on a prorated basis, less a cancellation fee of fifty dollars ($50) and the amount of any claims paid or payable. Contact us or the administrator to cancel and start the refund process.

Can I transfer this coverage if I sell my bike?

Yes! This agreement may be transferred by you to a subsequent private purchaser for the remaining original term coverage. This agreement is not transferable to another vehicle. We would cancel the contract and use the refund as payment towards your new bike's coverage.

6.

Explain the Towing and Roadside Assistance Benefit!

While traveling in the United States and Canada, we can provide you with the help you may need in the event of a tire and/or wheel failure. We will pay up to $100​ for towing and roadside assistance per occurrence.
